For a move-out, the main service is end of tenancy cleaning. It brings the rooms and accessible surfaces into one property handover brief. Specialist tasks such as carpet or upholstery treatment should be identified separately so there is no ambiguity about what is included in the quote.

Tell us about access, floor level, parking restrictions and any delicate finishes. Mention disconnected utilities, furniture that will remain in place and particular areas needing attention. If another person will provide keys, agree that arrangement before the appointment.
