THE LOCAL GUIDE DIRECTORY
Find your local cleaning guide
Choose a local guide, then plan the clean around the home you are handing over. Start with the area name or browse the alphabet below. Each guide explains the cleaning scope, property preparation and address checks.
Find practical cleaning guides for London neighbourhoods, boroughs and nearby towns. Call with the full property address and your preferred date to confirm availability before arranging the clean.

ONE PLACE TO START
The address comes first.
Use the name on your property address rather than the place where keys will be collected. If a neighbourhood has more than one familiar name, check the guide against the street and postcode. On a small screen, move along the letter rail to reach the next initial.
Search area names. Call with your full postcode to confirm availability.

Which guide should I choose?
An area label is a starting point. Camden and Camden Town have separate guides; broad names such as Surrey cover a different geographic scale from an individual neighbourhood. Read the local detail, then give the full postcode when discussing the visit.
For towns beyond London, ask about availability, any travel-related pricing and the complete property quote before arranging keys. Do not treat the M25, a postcode district or a transport station as an automatic service boundary. If the right guide is unclear, use the contact details below rather than guessing a different address.
What will the local guide tell me?
The local guides explain room checklists, starting prices, property preparation and practical access questions. Their council and transport references help identify what needs checking for the actual street. They do not provide parking permission, reserve a bay or authorise entry to a private building.
For the standard service, read the end of tenancy cleaning guide. Carpet cleaning, upholstery treatment and work limited to an oven or appliance have their own scopes. Describe any extras separately when requesting the total.
POSTCODE. PROPERTY. DATE.
Talk through
the actual address.
Have the postcode, room layout, property condition and preferred date ready. Mention remaining furniture, the appliances to be cleaned and any specialist treatment you want to discuss. Explain who will provide entry and whether keys must be collected from another address.
Call 020 3404 1547 to discuss the property and availability, or read the contact information. Confirm the agreed scope and total before treating an enquiry as a booked appointment. Cleaning and any follow-up terms should be confirmed separately from the inventory inspection or deposit decision.
